The London-born midfielder, 20, has recently switched allegiance from the Republic of Ireland to England. A move which has been approved by world governing body FIFA as all three matches played by Rice for the Republic were friendly appearances.
England host the Czechs on 22 March and are away in Montenegro on 25 March.
